FAQ
Isn’t it more expensive to hire an AV consultant?
Not in the long run. We help you avoid costly mistakes, ensure competitive bidding, and deliver systems that truly meet your needs. Unlike design-build contractors who may push certain products, we offer independent advice and ensure true apples-to-apples bid comparisons.
Is your AV system working the way you thought it would?
If not, our system assessments and optimization services can help. We provide a detailed audit showing how your system is performing and offer clear recommendations to bring it in line with your expectations.
I got a bunch of quotes, but I don’t really know which one I should choose.
That’s exactly where we shine. We help you evaluate bids for technical accuracy, value, and completeness — so you can make a confident, informed choice.
Are you looking for an IPD participant?
Yes, we regularly participate in Integrated Project Delivery teams.
What services does your company offer?
• AV consulting and system design
• Acoustic design
• AV system commissioning
• Programming and optimization
• Project management and construction support
How can you help us achieve our business goals?
By aligning your AV strategy with your operational needs — not the other way around. We provide recommendations, but you make the final decisions.
What sets you apart from other AV consulting firms?
We’re independent, unbiased, and focused on quality.
We maintain current certifications, invest in manufacturer training, and bring credentialed programming expertise — ensuring we get the best results from your system.
We don’t use “junior” designers. Our team brings significant internal expertise, and we know who the true technical experts are when additional specialized support is needed.
What makes your designs the best?
We don’t guess. We invest heavily in education and certification, allowing us to confidently design professional, reliable, and easy-to-use AV systems.
Loudspeaker choice and placement is critical. We use EASE — industry-standard 3D acoustic modeling software — to map room geometry, surfaces, and loudspeaker performance. This allows us to predict and validate results before a single speaker is installed.
Owning and using EASE in-house means we control the design process and don’t rely on third parties.
We also use EASE’s AURA module to analyze room acoustics and select appropriate acoustic treatments — strategically, not generically.
Finally, we maintain certifications from the industry’s most advanced manufacturers. These credentials allow us to verify product capabilities and manage the programming process, even when a contractor is delivering that portion of the system.
Can you provide examples of successful projects?
Absolutely — just ask us.
How do you ensure the security and privacy of our data?
We follow your IT policies and design with security in mind. All client data is stored and backed up using encrypted systems, and we prioritize secure AV network architecture.
How do you stay current with industry trends?
Ongoing certification, hands-on training, and strong relationships with manufacturers keep us ahead of the curve.
What is your process for working with clients?
Structured, transparent, and collaborative — from first meeting to final sign-off.
How do you measure success?
Client satisfaction, ease of use, and long-term system performance.
Can you provide references?
Yes, absolutely.
How do you handle unexpected changes during a project?
With clear communication and adaptive problem-solving. We minimize surprises by thoroughly assessing needs and designing accordingly — reducing the likelihood of costly change orders later.
